Buffalo Bill Days 2007

We just got back from a nice weekend at Mom and Dad's house. It was Lanesboro's weekend celebration: Buffalo Bill Days. We had a really nice time, even though it rained all day Saturday. We still made it to the park to let Mira see the petting zoo. We even snuck in a game of BINGO. Then Cousin Bekki and I went downtown to do a little shopping. At least we both thought ahead to bring our umbrellas or we would have been soaked! Aunt Bonnie visited on Saturday and was able to see Amelia for only the second time. It was great to visit with her. There was lots of food . . . a MUST at any family celebration. Justin and Mandy, and Jeff, Sara, Abby, and Nicholas all stayed over, as well as Sara's sister, husband and her two kids, and Mandy's parents, and a couple assorted friends of Justin's. So the house and yard were filled to the gills with people, sleeping bags, tents, and a camper. Justin burned the wheel off Dad's fire pit, but we considered the weekend a success with no arrests.
