Days are just a joy with her. The nights are pretty good too. She's just getting out of a bad habit of calling me into her room at all hours of the night (2:00 a. m., anyone??) where she needs somthing mundane like a tissue. After doing that 2 or 3 times one night, I had to have a talk with her about calling me into her room for things she really doesn't need while I was sleeping. So now she's allowed to get it herself, thereby breaking the all-important big-girl rule #3: "no getting out of bed before the sun comes up," but I thought I'd make an exception for that. An interrupted-sleep Mommy makes for a crabby Mommy come morning. Add in 32 weeks pregnant and the fact that I'm already up 2 or 3 times to use the bathroom and . . . needless to say, she can get her own tissue.
Otherwise, things are great with Mira! It's going to be hard to add another to the mix, I'm sure, but well worth it. We're just looking forward to meeting this little girl. I wonder if she'll have black hair like Mira did, or come out blonde or even bald! If that happens, I'll have to get creative with bows and corn syrup!
Hope you are all well. Chris is on a weekend NASCAR trip to Las Vegas with Best Buy (lucky man!) and I am fighting a crappy head cold for which I can't take anything. At least the snow is melting!
Love, Michelle

Oh, that second picture she just looks so cute - like a little child model. Love the post!

She looks so grown up! She's absolutely adorable, and such a smart little girl! Time goes by so fast, doesn't it? I remember Mira with her little Dorothy Hamel haircut at my baby shower. I saw how busy she was and wondered how I would ever keep up with a toddler. Now, I'm the one with the toddler and Mira's almost a preschooler! Crazy!
Love,
Angie
