Amelia has been declaring her emotions for a few weeks now. When she cries, she tells me she's sad. Later, when she's done crying, she'll say, "Mommy, I'm not sad anymore. I'm happy!" It's sweet {unless she's telling me I'm stupid!}.
Chris had his gall bladder out yesterday too. The procedure went well and he didn't have to stay overnight, so it's great to have him home. Hopefully, he'll be feeling better in just a couple days.
And our basement is once again complete! If you didn't know, it flooded in August when our sump pump broke, and again just four weeks later after we had already replaced the carpet! We needed to replace all the carpet again! Needless to say, we have an alarm on the pump now. One good thing to come of it: our dusty pink bedroom {aka "The Pepto-Bismol Room"} was repainted since we lost the carpet anyway. It's now a lovely sage green. And the carpet is officially in and looks great! Now, let's just keep it that way.

Chris, We are happy to hear all went well with your surgery. God bless you and your family.I love to hear what the girls are doing. They are so normal and I've heard it all but fun to know it keeps going on and on. Love, Margene
How sweet of Amelia. at least your not stupid anymore.
Good for Mira- Chesney reads all the time and it is great to have her read the bedtime stories to Logan sometimes.
Glad Chris is feeling better.
We are so glad Chris has had his last surgery and it went well!! He has been through so much and know everything is going to be better from now on!!!!!!! Love hearing what the girls are up too. See you at Thanksgiving..Love, Mom
Glad to hear that Chris is feeling good. It's been quite the year for all of you. My mom and dad have a second pump in their sub basket for an emergency back up in case the first one fails. Have you considered that too?
