Ahhh, that classic line to get a kid to eat whatever is on their plate. For tonight's dinner, it was "Don't eat your peas!" Worked like a charm! Try it yourself! {Disclaimer: Does not work on spouses.}

I agree with Hope. I don't like peas either so maybe that is why she never had to swallow them whole.

We haven't tried it with food, but I definitely use that trick to get Piper to help with stuff around the house. Me: "Please leave that dirty diaper right there, Mama has to take it to the trash in a minute." Piper: "No! My do it."
